At the end of April Leigh and I went to the Civil War baseball game. It was a lot of fun, I am so grateful that I have a husband that loves baseball. :)
Despite being sick, Leigh was able to go to the Ducks spring football game at Autzen Stadium.

At the beginning of May, I helped out at Bake for Hope. We had tons of super delicious goodies to sell to raise money for breast cancer. I even got to take home some of the goodies and eat them on Mother's Day--yummmm.
I finished the quilt for Leigh that Kirsten had started. It is super cozy.
And just a little extra picture:
Makes me laugh every time I see it.
What we are up to: Leigh is finishing up spring term at Lane. He is taking a photography class and LOVING it. He is still working just a few hours a week, which has been nice for homework. He is taking summer term off from school and taking classes through BYU Independent Study. Hopefully he will get to work full time for a few months. He just bought a mountain bike and is in love with biking and getting dirty.
I am plugging away at work. We have had lots of drama within the staff at work, but it is hopefully coming to a close soon. We start our summer in the middle of June--which means more laid back and relaxed. In my "extra" time I have been helping coach a softball team, finishing sewing projects, cleaning, and trying to work out. I am working on some gifts for people which I am excited about--so hopefully I will be able to post pictures of those soon. My big project that I started yesterday is restoring a desk. I plan on making it really fun and using it as my sewing table. Leigh and I are planning for some big adventures over the summer and for our future--so more to come on those!
