Baby GIRLS!!

I know this post is a little bit late, but I thought I would post the u/s pictures of the girls and give an update. :)

The gender ultrasound was awesome! It was amazing to see how big they were and how much they move in my belly. I still can't feel them, so seeing them move is cool. Baby A was face down the whole time (not sure if she was praying, meditating, or just being stubborn!). Baby B cooperated with the profile picture. They BOTH showed themselves enough so we could know that we have two girls! Leigh and my dad were right, and both were very proud that they were right. We got to hear their heartbeats--which both sounded great. I'm excited for the next few weeks to hopefully start feeling them, read to them, and have them listen to music (they can start hearing at 19 weeks I read somewhere). I have been feeling great--nothing significant it seems like. I wake up in the morning feeling small and by the end of the day I feel huge. In two weeks I have an appointment with a perinatologist. Since this pregnancy is considered high risk because of multiples I see a specialist for in-depth ultrasounds and tests to look for complications. I'm excited to see them for like an hour, and hopefully everything checks out okay. I'm almost half way done...and the time has flown by. Hopefully the next 20 weeks (give or take some) go by just as fast.

I think that would be do cool if they could get both girls in the same picture. That would be awesome!

So neat! I LOVE the part when you get to see the baby! It makes it so much more real. As for the feeling small in the morning and then huge at night, yeah goes away at about 23 weeks, when you just feel huge all the time ;). Ahh I'm seriously so excited for you guys. Twins must be going around, because ya'll are 1 of 3 people we know pregnant with twins right now! Keep us posted on how everything goes! Miss you!
